We are typically contacted by an agency or freelancer as they are about to interview for, or accept, a contract position. After an initial discussion with the freelancer, we will put together an analysis of the country in question together with some estimates of the likely returns based on the information provided. Assuming that all parties are happy to progress, we will then set up contracts with the agency. After checking the terms with the freelancer, we will sign the agency contract and set up a further contract with the freelancer. At the end of the month, we will invoice the agency, and, when paid, will pay the worker. We will also advise the freelancer both at the start of the project, and throughout, of the local requirements as well as filing any necessary paperwork on their behalf.
